- In case of cancellation standard cancellation policies will be applicable or may be changed as per the policies

- 30 days or more before date of departure : 25% of total cost
- 29 - 20 days before date of departure : 50% of total cost
- 19 days or less before date of departure : 100% of total cost

Important points to note:
- Cable car ticket booking has to be pre booked cannot be available on spot.
- At Gulmarg vehicles will be stopped at Parking – from their guests can go by walk, pony, atv, union vehicle.
- In case vehicles are not allowed to snow at Gulmarg, guests need to hire a chain vehicle to reach Gulmarg from Tanmarg.
